Passado Musical: Toca baixo desde 1996, piano desde 1989 e guitarra desde 1995. Em 1997 juntou-se á banda Axamenta onde era guitarrista, e tecladista. Em seu tempo na banda lançaram um MCD "Nox Draconis Argenti" e um CD "Codex Barathti" (com a LSP records). Como todo seu tempo foi para o Epica Yves teve que deixar a banda Axamenta em meados de 2003. Yves também tocou teclado na banda Gurthang (Black Metal) por um tempo. em 2002 se tornou o baixista do Epica!
